The Corporate Preference Program is aimed at companies in different economic sectors, that due to the nature of their business fly their employees on routes covered by Avianca and who use tickets worth a minimum quarterly dollar amount. How do I join the Corporate Preference Program? To become a partner of the program and to be able to enjoy all the benefits especially designed for our corporate Clients, please send us an email at preferencia@avianca.com explaining your interest in joining the program and attach the following information: Company name, NIT, Contact, Address, Telephone, City, the name of the Travel Agency that deals with your travel arrangements and your Quarterly purchase volume in dollars. Once the email is sent one of our assessors will contact you and give you all the information related to our Corporate Preference Program. Use and termination Affiliation to the Corporate Preference Program is effective from the calendar quarter when the offer letter is received. However, this program can be canceled or modified at any time by the airline, without Avianca being liable to pay any compensation to the company program member. In this case the company would be notified by a general communique. If the program is canceled, the accumulated balances will still be available for redemption (in a time period that will be defined by Avianca).Contact Us
