Recommendations to obtain your ticket ​​

If you acquired a ticket with Avianca combined with National Express segments you must have the following:

  • An issued Avianca flight ticket is required in order to issue the bus ticket.
  • Once the Avianca ticket is issued, you must issue your National Express bus ticket within 72 hours prior to the departure of the bus.
  • This procedure must be completed at Accesrail.com, filling out the indicated fields (name, last name) and entering your Avianca e-ticket or booking reference. You must go through the same steps for your return trip.
