Once the booking process is finished, the authorized person in your company must send an letter requesting the redemption of the tickets to the email cccanje@avianca.com, a minimum of 6 business hours before the scheduled flight departure.

Once the letter is received, the Accounts Exchange Center will send the ticket to the registered email in approximately 30 minutes. If you do not receive any answer please check your spam folder or contact our support center on (+57) 1-5877700 Extension 2019, 2027 or 2029.

How do exchange accounts work?

Exchange Accounts allow us to strengthen business relationships with our suppliers, making it easier for them to redeem the products and/or services of our airline. 

Benefits

  • Purchase our products and services without having to carry out additional financial transactions. (Deprisa - Avianca Tours - Gift​ card).
  • Purchase tickets on all domestic and international routes Including Interline and Codeshare​ agreements).​
  • Pay all the ticket charges (airfares and taxes), penalties and  change fees.
  • Affiliation to the Avianca Corporate program.
  • Exclusive refund handling. Subject to the conditions of the Fare Families.
  • Corporate and personal Mileage Accrual when purchasing tickets. Pre-existing membership of either Avianca Corporate or LifeMiles is required.
  • Keep your miles balance. Exchange Accounts don't expire.
  • Exclusive personalized attention through our call center to book and change tickets.

How does the exchange program work?

Negotiation

Our Purchasing department selects the supplier by finding out if they are interested in allocating part of their invoice in the exchange program. Together we define the ideal exchange percentage, validating the level of products and/or service usage. We can then prepare the contract which specifies all the agreed conditions which we then send to the customer. 

Invoicing

As a supplier you must send us a separate invoice which only reflects the amount negotiated in the exchange agreement.

Complete the registration and authorization forms. Once you're registered in our database, you can book tickets through our call center and then send the request by email to the Exchange Accounts Center cccanje@avianca.com
