Once the booking process is finished, the authorized person in your
company must send an letter requesting the redemption of the tickets to the
email firstname.lastname@example.org, a minimum
of 6 business hours before the scheduled flight departure.
Once the letter is
received, the Accounts Exchange Center will send the ticket to the registered
email in approximately 30 minutes. If you do not receive any answer please
check your spam folder or contact our support center on (+57) 1-5877700 Extension 2019, 2027 or 2029.
