  • Request the service when the booking is made, and up to 24 hours prior to the flight departure, as there is a limit to the number of pets accepted per aircraft.

  • You must provide a pet carrier and muzzle to transport your pet. If you do not have them you can buy them from us. We do not currently have muzzles or pet carriers for sale for flights within Ecuador

  • The service is not available on transoceanic routes.

  • For flights to and from London the service is not available due to the restriction of the Animal Reception Centre.

  • Dogs and cats under 8 weeks are not allowed to travel, as due to their size these animals are prone to dehydration during transport.  Please note that the minimum number of weeks allowed to enter a country may vary according to the regulations in the destination, which is why we suggest you make the relevant inquiries before you travel.

Flights within Colombia and Ecuador

  • We accept dogs, cats and birds (birds are not allowed to be transported on flights within Ecuador).

  • The service only applies to pets with a maximum weight of 20 kg (44 lbs)

  • In order to increase levels of safety and comfort for pets, dogs over 35 centimeters at the withers (height measured from the ground to the ridge between their shoulder blades), must travel with a basket muzzle and use it throughout the trip. It is recommended to thread the muzzle through the collar to prevent the dog from taking it off and using its nose to get out of the crate and hurting themselves.
