Steps to buy on Avianca.com


Follow the steps below to help you with your purchase:

Step 0: Select your trip type: one way or round trip. Indicate the city of origin, destination, travel dates and number of people: infants, children or adults.  Click on the button "Search".

Step 1: Select the flight according to the hour and the fare type that interests you by clicking on the radio button (white circle) by each fare. Then click "Next".

Step 2: In this screen you must confirm the information about the selected flight: route, departure and arrival time, date, flight number, aircraft type and details of the Fare Type. Then click on "Next".

Step 3: If you are a member of the AviancaPlus Program, enter your Membership Number and PIN number and we will automatically identify you and your information.  Then click on “Next”.

Step 4: In this step you can choose if you want to pre-reserve a seat by clicking on the white box and then clicking on "Buy".

Step 5: If you selected the pre-reserve seat option, you must follow the instructions; if not, you will arrive at the next step where you will find your trip confirmation; then accept the terms, fare and taxes and click on "Next".

Step 6: Enter the requested information and click on "Pay".

Step 7: Fill out the information required by the bank and click "Pay".

Avianca.com accepts credit and debit cards, depending on the selected country option.

To find out what country you are in, please look at the top of the page (red header section).

Note: to pay your tickets with credit cards, they must have been issued in the same country in which you are making the purchase. Always check the red header section.

Tickets can be purchased with a card issued in a different country only if you have selected your purchase country as Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic or Panama.

Mexico Credit AeroPay Visa, MasterCard, American Express cards issued by national banks. Visa and MasterCard only allow purchases of a single payment and American Express only ollow purchases of 3 to 6 installments without interest.

Panama Credit Banco Uno Visa and MasterCard. Only purchases of one payment are allowed.
Peru Credit VisaNet Visa, MasterCard, American Express cards issued by national banks. Only purchases of one payment are allowed.
