Due to Hurricane Irma: We will waive the penalty for date changes

Hurricane Irma’s passage limits air and ground mobility through some Caribbean islands and cities in Florida. We are therefore waiving payment of the penalty for date changes for passengers with reservations to and from Santo Domingo and Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic; San Juan, Puerto Rico; Havana, Cuba; Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Orlando, United States.

Travelers with reservations between September 5 and 15 can make changes until October 31, 2017, except between October 1 and 17, 2017.

To make changes, travelers can visit their travel agency, points of sale or contact our Call Centers:

Dominican Republic: (809) 200-8662
Puerto Rico: (1 800) 284-2622
Colombia: (01 8000) 95-3434
El Salvador: (503) 2267-8222
Lima: (511) 511-8222
United States: (1 800) 284-2622

Showing up at Florida airports: The airline recommends that travelers with flights in Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Orlando seek service at travel agencies and through the Call Center. Area airports are restricted and there will be no service points available.

Additional Flights: To reduce affectation of passengers and guarantee an efficient service, additional flights between Bogota and Miami have been scheduled for September 12, 13 and 14.

We will continue to monitor the Hurricane to timely inform about changes and restrictions to operations.
