For being such a cosmopolitan city, it’s very difficult to come up with an iconic Los Angeles dish, but the fish taco is, without a doubt, one of the most common recipes in the city, and one of the tastiest. Bear in mind that the Big Orange has a very high Mexican population, and that the state shares a border with Mexico, so it’s common to hear that the best place to eat a Mexican meal outside of Mexico is in California. That’s why in Los Angeles you’ll find fantastic tacos, and the fish tacos in particular will bring joy to your heart.
