Due to winter storm: Avianca adjusts its operation to and from the east coast of the United States
March 21, 2018. Due to the winter storm currently affecting the East Coast of the United States, Avianca will adjust its operation for flights to Boston, New York, New Jersey and Washington scheduled for today, March 21.
Passengers are being contacted by the Airline and offered reaccommodation, subject to availability.
The Airline will continue to monitor weather conditions in the area to take measures that will preserve the safety of passengers.
Waiver of penalty for date changes
Passengers with reservations to travel to and from New York, New Jersey, Boston and Washington scheduled for today, March 21, can make changes to the travel date without being subject to penalty for travel up to one month after the date of affectation. Also, customers who desist from travel can request a refund.
