Due to Hurricanes Maria and Jose: We are waiving the penalty for changes of travel dates
In light of the adverse weather conditions generated by Hurricane Maria, we are cancelling all flights to and from San Juan on September 19, 20 and 21, to and from Punta Cana and Santo Domingo on September 21, waiving the penalty for date changes. Likewise, travelers at these destinations with reservations between September 19 and 21, 2017, may change their itinerary without penalties to travel until October 31, 2017.
Also, as a result of Hurricane Jose’s passage, headed towards the northeastern United States, we are waving the penalty for date changes for travelers to New York, Washington and Boston, with reservations on flights between September 19 and 21, 2017, who may change their itineraries without penalties to travel until October 31, 2017.
