Avianca announces new direct route from Boston to Bogotá

  • Operations for this new route will begin by the end of March 2023. The airline will also launch another three routes connecting Bogota with Brazil and Honduras.
  • With this new flight, Avianca will serve 11 destinations in the United States, connecting the main cities of the country with Latin America.
  • Currently, Avianca's customers have access to 129 routes, with more than 3,800 flights weekly and more than 600,000 seats per week

Boston, December 27, 2022. Travelers in the United Stated will be closer to Colombia with a new route connecting Boston and Bogota starting on March 27, 2023. This new flight will be operated in Airbus A320 aircraft with a capacity for 180 passengers in five weekly flights.

The airline will also launch another three routes from Bogota to Manaos and Belo Horizonte in Brazil, and From Bogota to Palmerola International Airport in Tegucigalpa, Honduras.
