A menu created by Chef Alvaro Clavijo!

With a distinguished career in international gastronomy, Alvaro Clavijo founded his restaurant El Chato in Bogota, Colombia, in 2017, which has been recognized by The World’s 50 Best Restaurants list. His cuisine balances the heat and flavors of his homeland, bringing diversity and elegance to every dish.

The menu, available on select Business Class flights, is prepared with local ingredients that pay homage to haute cuisine at an altitude of over 36,000 feet.

Rafael’s vision comes to life at Elvia, his restaurant in Barichara, where he celebrates the flavors of his homeland through a contemporary culinary proposal that honors its origins.

His work has been recognized by Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants with the “Latin America’s Spirit Award”, highlighting him as one of the most influential voices in Colombia’s new culinary scene.
