A menu crafted by Chef Alvaro Clavijo!

With an acclaimed international culinary career, Álvaro Clavijo founded El Chato in Bogotá, Colombia, in 2017. The restaurant has earned recognition from The World’s 50 Best Restaurants. His cuisine balances fire-driven cooking with the flavors of his homeland, bringing diversity, sophistication, and character to every dish.

Available on select Business Class flights, the menu showcases local ingredients in a tribute to fine dining at 36,000 feet.
