With a distinguished career in international gastronomy, Alvaro Clavijo founded his restaurant El Chato in Bogota, Colombia, in 2017, which has been recognized by The World’s 50 Best Restaurants list. His cuisine balances the heat and flavors of his homeland, bringing diversity and elegance to every dish.
The menu, available on select Business Class flights, is prepared with local ingredients that pay homage to haute cuisine at an altitude of over 36,000 feet.
