Group bookings do not earn Lifemiles because the quoted fares are offered at a special preferential rate.
What happens if there are changes to my group's flights?

We will send the new travel options to the registered email address. If you booked through a travel agency, any changes must be managed directly with the agency.
How can I get assistance or rebook my group?

If you need support or would like to rebook a canceled group reservation, you can reply to the email from which you received the quote or submit a new request at avianca.com
How do minors travel when flying in a group?

Children under 15 years of age must travel with an adult, and each adult may accompany up to 20 minors and 1 infant.
Can I make voluntary changes to my group booking?

Before tickets are issued, you may increase or reduce the number of passengers by contacting the email address that provided your group quote. If you change the itinerary, you will need to submit a new request. After ticket issuance, changes will be subject to the fare conditions and can be managed through the Contact center.
