Questions about VIP Lounges
- Have an official photo ID and a valid boarding pass for the same day.
- The cardholder and guests must be traveling on an airline within the Avianca group or another Star Alliance member airline. The flight's origin airport must be the same one where the Avianca VIP Lounge is located.
Meet any one of these requirements to access our domestic lounges, except our Medellin Diamond lounge:
- Business Class: travel in Business Class Americas.
- Elite status: have current Elite status (Magno, Diamond, Gold, Silver, Red Plus).
- Star Alliance: travel in Business Class or hold Star Alliance Gold status / Star Alliance Lounge membership.
- Dragonpass / Visa Airport Companion customers*: hold a valid card enrolled in the Visa Airport Companion or Dragon Pass programs. Use the QR code in the app or the digital card.
- Platinum Avianca Lifemiles DAVIbank card*: hold a Platinum Avianca Lifemiles DAVIbank card. Use the QR code in the app or the digital card.
- AMEX customers*: hold an American Express Centurion or American Express Platinum card enrolled with Plaza Premium Group.
- Plaza Premium Group customers: purchase a coupon, voucher, or banking product with a current Plaza Premium Group agreement.
- Bancolombia customers*: hold a current Mastercard Black, Visa Infinite, or AMEX Platinum Bancolombia card.
- GOL customers: be a GOL Diamond or Magno customer.
- Paid access: pay at the counter, cash is not accepted. Prices include VAT

You may also enter with a current Avianca Lifemiles Infinite credit card from Banco Promerica Guatemala. Applies only to the El Salvador lounge.

The number of guests allowed depends on the conditions and benefits associated with each program or access card.
For Elite customers, the following conditions apply:
- You can bring guests by using one of your available passes for each guest.
- Children under 2 years old are admitted at no cost and without restrictions.
- Diamond or Gold members can bring in up to 2 children under 18 years old at no cost.
- Magno members can bring in a maximum of 4 guests per visit. The 2 minors allowed count toward those 4 available spots.
