Avianca and the Ministry of Tourism of Ecuador launched the “Ecuador, Discover and Explore” campaign

Promotional rates will be valid until June 24 and promotional packages until July 14 for travel until March 31, 2017

 

QUITO, JUNE 21, 2016. As part of the efforts to reactivate tourism in Ecuador, the Ministry of Tourism of Ecuador and Avianca are releasing their “Ecuador, Discover and Explore” campaign for travel to Quito, Guayaquil, San Cristobal/Baltra, Coca and Manta.

Thanks to the cultural diversity and natural wealth, tourists coming from Spain will be able to explore the wonders of this South American country, among which are the Andes Mountain Range, the Gulf of Guayaquil and the Amazon. One of the preferred destinations by travelers within Ecuador are the Galapagos Island, where you will find the densest biodiversity in the planet; just like Guayaquil, the most populated and largest city of Ecuador, with an urban area among the largest of Latin America and Quito, declared World Heritage

This effort includes an investment of USD100,000 in promotion, with an offer of 120,000 seats from participating markets. The objective is to increase traffic of passengers to a level of approximately 20,000.

As part of the campaign, tourist may have access to special rates and plans to travel and enjoy Ecuador. The promotion is valid until June 24, offering travelers coming from Spain, through Bogota or Cali, rates starting at USD$659 per person – taxes included. Also, travelers may acquire tourism packages including air ticket, lodging, food and beverages and/or transportation, among other services. The initial date to purchase these packages also begins this day and extends until July 14, 2016.
