We know how much you love your pet. Fly with it for an additional fee or take your service animal for free.
Depending on the animal’s characteristics, you may take it inside the cabin or in the plane’s hold as checked baggage.

** Measurements should be 40.6 centimeters long + 27.9 centimeters wide + 20.3 centimeters high (length 16 inches + width 11 inches + height 8 inches).
* When a passenger takes more than one flight to arrive at their destination and any of those flights are operated by a different aircraft than Airbus A330 or Boeing B787, the maximum weight restriction of 20 kg (not including weight of container) will be maintained for pets on flights of up to 4 hours, and 10 kg (not including weight of container) for pets on flights of up to 5 hours.

When traveling with service, emotional support or rescue dogs.
Guide or assistance dogs
Please show a credential that shows that your dog is a service animal (tags, marked harness or identification card).
Emotional support dogs
You must carry a certificate of your emotional or mental disability condition. The document must be printed on letterhead, have less than one year of issue, specify the date and place where it was issued to you, the reasons why you should travel with the animal and the type of doctor's license.
Search and rescue dogs (K, B and R)
They must travel with breastplate, microchip, certificate, collar and double strap.
Transportation of these animals is not available for these animals due to restrictions imposed by the Animal Reception Center.
