If there are any issues with your baggage, please notify us in our offices before leaving the airport by filling out the Baggage Irregularity Report (PIR in Spanish). If you've already left the airport you can notify us through the suggestions and complaints section in our website, in person at the baggage office of the corresponding airport, or in our baggage call center.
The baggage password is located in the lower part of the tag. It is composed of 2 letters corresponding to the airline code, plus 6 numbers.
