LifeMiles is modernizing its systems for you

Frequent Flyer: This is to inform you that the LifeMiles system will not be available from February 1 to February 5, 2019.

Remember that during this period:

  • You will not be able to access or carry out transactions at or in the LifeMiles mobile app. The Call Center and Service Centers will be available, but you will not be able to carry out transactions.
  • You will not be able to redeem miles with either LifeMiles or with its allies in the program.
  • You will be able to continue accumulating miles, as usual, on all your flights with us, those with the Star Alliance network, and with most of the LifeMiles allies. Those miles will be shown on your account, once the system update has been completed.
  • You will be able to continue purchasing tickets and making transactions with us through our channels, as you currently do.
  • Elite memberswill continue receiving benefits, such as upgrades to Executive Class in the airport and access to VIP waiting rooms, among many others.
  • Your miles and information will be safe. Once the LifeMiles systems are working again, you will be able to access your account with your current username and password.
