The airlines part of Avianca Holdings S.A., which act jointly but not severally, collectively referred to as Avianca, present the following Rules of Access and Use of the Services of the Avianca VIP Lounges around the world.
This document establishes the conditions of access and use of the VIP Rooms that must be observed by the Users that enter these spaces and use the services offered there. The User and/or his/her companion(s) declare that they know and accept these Rules by the sole fact of their entry into the VIP Lounge.
The benefits and facilities provided in the VIP Lounge are independent of the air transport service to which a passenger is entitled from the transportation contract agreed upon with any of the airlines part of Avianca Holdings S.A.
These Rules include the general rules that regulate the use and access of Users in Silver, Gold, and/or Diamond VIP lounges that may be administered directly by Avianca or on behalf of Avianca and operated by a service contractor.
These Rules apply to all natural persons who enter the VIP lounges (hereinafter, the “User”), including:
*LifeMiles is the loyalty program offered by Avianca to its frequent travelers. The Terms and Conditions of this Loyalty Program are defined by LifeMiles Ltd. as the owner of the Program. Check the terms and conditions available.

El Edén International Airport in Armenia, Ernesto Cortissoz International Airport – Barranquilla, Palonegro International Airport in Bucaramanga, Alfonso Bonilla Aragón International Airport in Cali, Rafael Núñez International Airport in Cartagena, Camilo Daza Airport in Cúcuta, Eldorado International Airport in Bogotá, José Maria Córdova International Airport in Medellín, La Nubia Airport in Manizales, Matecaña International Airport in Pereira, Simón Bolívar International Airport in Santa Marta, Monseñor Oscar Arnulfo Romero International Airport in San Salvador, Comodoro Arturo Merino Benítez International Airport in Santiago, Chile.

The Shared Brand lounges and Third Party lounges shall have their own rules to which passengers are subjected in addition to the terms contained herein.
he User will have the right to use the following benefits or facilities in the VIP Lounges where they are available:
Access and use of the VIP lounges is subject to the conditions indicated in these Rules:

When the administrator/supervisor/ shift manager of the VIP Lounge determines that any of the rules of these Conditions of Access and Use of the VIP Lounge Services has been violated, either by act or omission, he may take any of the following actions:
These measures taken by Avianca do not exclude the initiation of the other legal actions to which it is entitled according to the situation.
In the event that the User and/or his/her companion(s) are in violation of these Rules, the following procedure will be followed:
By entering the VIP Lounge and using the benefits and facilities offered in this space, the User expressly authorizes Avianca to process their personal data, including collection, storage, use, circulation, deletion, transmission and/or transfer, including sensitive data such as voice recordings, images, photographs or videos, for the correct execution of activities related to the service of use and access to the VIP lounges, for: controlling entry and exit of the facilities, security, access restriction, and communications related to the entry and restriction of the same, processes in which third party suppliers, representatives or agents of AVIANCA may be involved.
Users may exercise their rights to know, update, correct, and delete their information and personal data by emailing their request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
