Once you have completed your reservation process, the persons that have been authorized by your company must send a request letter to redeem the tickets to firstname.lastname@example.org. Make your request at least 6 working days before departure of your flight.
The Exchange Accounts Central will send the ticket to the registered email within approximately 3 hours. If you do not receive a response, check the junk email folder or call our support center at (+57-1) 5877700, extensions 20189, 2028 or 2029.
