Hernan Rincon takes over precidency of Avianca

The President of the Board of Directors for Avianca Holdings S.A. and the Board of Directors for Aerovías del Continente Americano S.A. Avianca, German Efromovich, introduced Hernan Rincón to the local and international media, who took over as Executive President of the Holding that groups several airlines and air services companies in Latin America and the world.
He also used this opportunity to thank Alvaro Jaramillo Buitrago, his commitment with the organization in providing direction to the Holding and Avianca during this transitional stage, marked by severe market changes.
During his presentation of the new Executive Vice President of the organization, German Efromovich said; “The introduction of Hernan Rincon as Avianca Holdings S.A. and Avianca S.A.’s highest executive coincides with a new strengthening stage for the organization, oriented towards facing changes in the macroeconomic environment, as well as the needs and wants of the modern traveler.
