But besides offering a spectacular panorama, the boardwalk includes large-scale restaurants and recreational spaces such as shopping centers. On this walk, you can fall in love with the view of the city. The sunset from this privileged balcony is a must-see when you’re in the Thrice-Crowned Town.

This is the bohemian neighborhood in the capital of Peru. Walk around the Plaza de Armas and the bridge of sighs, take a photo with the succession of murals or in the old manor houses, come in and discover the incredible treasures guarded by museums like the Mario Testino, the Contemporary Art Museum, or the Pedro de Osma. Finish your tour with a good meal or a cocktail in any of the area restaurants or pubs.

Enjoy the Lima nightlife

Nightlife in the Peruvian capital is bustling, and it is centered in three specific areas: Miraflores, San Isidro, and Barranco. In Miraflores, you should stop off at the bar and club district in Parque Kennedy, though you’ll also find a good offering at the famed Larco Mar shopping center. In San Isidro, the ambiance is ideal for those who want something a little calmer, and for the older crowd. But if what you want is a blowout, it’s in Barranco, where the party starts on Thursday night and lasts until Monday morning.

Take a break in La Punta del Callao

If you want to enjoy the beach and relax, you will find the perfect plan for you in this suburban area. This is one of the traditional beach resorts of the Limeños and along its shores you will find beautiful buildings from the fifties, restaurants where you can eat an authentic Peruvian ceviche and bars where you can have a beer while listening to the rhythm of popular music. The locals say that the night is magical and the sunsets are unforgettable.
