Avianca Introduces Business Class on Domestic Flights

  • The “More for Everyone” campaign introduces new products and services from Avianca, including the expansion of its Business Class Américas experience to domestic flights in Colombia, Ecuador and Guatemala.
  • The airline has strengthened its fleet, service and overall product: it received its first A320 Airspace, launched its Insignia by Avianca Check-in service at El Dorado, renovated its VIP lounges and continues to advance the progressive installation of onboard Wi-Fi.
  • During the first three quarters of the year, the airline carried more than 27 million passengers on more than 195,000 flights.

Bogotá, Dec. 10, 2025.Following its announcement of an investment of more than $800 million to strengthen its fleet and elevate the customer experience, Avianca is launching its “More for Everyone” campaign, which brings new enhancements in comfort and connectivity.

More comfort:

Beginning January 15, 2026, the Business Class Américas experience will be available on 47 domestic routes in Colombia, Ecuador and Guatemala. The service has also expanded significantly, now offered on more than 80 international routes, and will grow to 18 additional routes, completing Avianca’s rollout across the continent.

On the ground, Avianca is elevating its hospitality standards with the new Insignia by Avianca Check-in service at El Dorado, available exclusively to Lifemiles Diamond and Concierge members, along with the renovation of the Diamond VIP Lounges for domestic and soon for international departures from Bogotá.

More connectivity:

The airline continues to expand its onboard Wi-Fi connectivity through Avianca On Air, which is now available on 10 aircraft. Passengers currently have access to more than 300 movies, series and documentaries from HBO Max, Formula 1 TV and other entertainment options.

Overall, Avianca closes the year having continued to expand its network to more than 155 routes connecting over 80 destinations in more than 25 countries across the Americas and Europe. Recent additions include the Guayaquil–Miami, Bogotá–Belém and Bogotá–Monterrey routes, which contribute to a 13% increase in the connectivity the airline provides to the region.

With more than 27 million passengers transported on more than 195,000 flights during the first three quarters of the year, Avianca closed out a year of solid and efficient operations, demonstrating consistent performance across its key operational and service indicators.
