Avianca offers Business Class on 100% of its routes

  • The airline extends its Business Class Americas experience to its entire international flight network, as well as all its domestic flights, thus strengthening its value proposition in the Colombian, Ecuadorian, and Guatemalan domestic markets.
  • The offer provides a consistent experience by integrating the benefits of Business Class across all touchpoints with our customers.

Bogotá, January 15, 2026. avianca has begun operating Business Class Americas on all its international routes and on all its internal routes in Colombia, Ecuador, and Guatemala, thus expanding the availability of this unique experience on domestic and international flights.

The Business Class Americas experience includes the following unique benefits, designed for the domestic market:

On land:

  • Priority services (check-in, baggage check-in and drop-off, boarding, disembarking, and personalized customer service).
  • Access to 11 avianca lounges and more than 1,000 Star Alliance lounges.
  • One 10-kg piece of carry-on baggage, one personal item, and two 32-kg pieces of checked baggage.
  • 10 Lifemiles earned per dollar, with more opportunities to redeem miles to upgrade to Business Class.

On board:

  • Seat located in the first three rows, with more space, recline, privacy, and comfort with adjustable headrests, worktable, and USB ports.
  • On domestic routes: snack, coffee, non-alcoholic beverages, and beer, as well as the option to purchase food and beverages through the Café del Cielo menu.
  • On international routes:
    • - Less than 3 hours: snack, hot or cold drinks, and beer.
    • - 3–4 hours: menu created by Chef Álvaro Clavijo, hot or cold drinks, and beer, and an Eco bag (blanket and pillow).
    • - More than 4 hours: menu created by Álvaro Clavijo, hot or cold drinks, and beer, Eco bag (blanket and pillow), and an amenity kit designed by Mola Sasa with Loto del Sur products.

Avianca’s Business Class Americas tickets are now available at avianca.com, the airline’s Contact Center, the mobile app, physical sales offices, and travel agencies.
