Customize your trip with the baggage you need
- If you’re flying with a Classic, Flex, or Business fare, you may substitute your first included baggage piece with a piece of sports equipment. Remember, this item must not exceed 23 kg (50 lb) and 158 cm (62 in) in total dimensions. Otherwise, overweight or oversize baggage charges will apply.
- For international flights departing from Bogotá, wrapped baggage will not be accepted due to the difficulties it causes during inspection and security procedures carried out by authorities.

Keep in mind before your flight
- In case of excess baggage, the airline performing the check-in will charge the corresponding amount to the final destination. Showing your proof of payment will help you avoid additional charges on connecting flights.
- Each airline may apply its own carry-on baggage policy regarding the number of pieces, dimensions, and weight. It is necessary to check the baggage policies of the airlines operating each segment before flying.
