Additional services are not reusable unless due to involuntary causes (situations beyond the control of the customer or the airline).
You will have the option to request a refund of the additional services you purchased and did not use, only if your fare is Flex or Business and if you requested the refund of the ticket to which they are associated, before the flight departure. Iké travel assistance continues to be refundable with an additional charge if coverage has not started, once the flight has started, no refunds are accepted.

Earning Lifemiles with additional services
The additional priority boarding service (the “service”) has a fee of COP 15,000 for domestic routes within Colombia and from USD 12 for international routes (final price depending on the route), which may be consulted here. It is an optional, individual service, complementary to air transportation, available only to passengers holding tickets in Light, Classic, and Flex fare families; each passenger wishing to board with priority must purchase the service separately (does not apply to the Basic fare). Tickets issued under Business Classic and Business Flex fares already include the service. Fares are valid for purchases made between 00:00 on April 13 and 23:59 on May 13, 2026 (GMT-5). They apply to flights departing as of April 13, 2026. The service is personal, non-endorsable, and non-transferable, and applies only to the flight(s) for which it was purchased. The service will be refundable only before the departure of the flight when it has been purchased as part of a ticket under the Flex fare, and provided that the refund is requested together with the ticket. The service is not refundable independently. This applies to purchases made through all avianca sales channels. The service is subject to availability: for single-aisle aircraft, sale of the service is limited to a maximum of 10 customers, and for wide-body aircraft, the limit is 15 customers.
